  • Pennsburg Commons:  (Family housing) Affordable townhouses for low to moderate income families. This is a fifty (50) unit townhouse complex with one and two story accommodations, handicap accessible units, landscaped grounds and a playground with picnic area. 
  • Ambler Manor: (Senior housing) Affordable housing for low income seniors that includes sixty (60) one-bedroom units, on site management and outdoor recreation areas. This development also converts a derelict property in a downtown area into a community asset.
  • Limerick Greene: (Independent senior housing) Affordable housing for elderly persons with low to moderate incomes. This facility is an eighty (80) unit structure with one and two bedroom occupancies available for independent seniors. 
  • Parkview at Oakcrest: (Independent senior housing) This residence is an affordable apartment community for income-qualified senior citizens located in Lower Salford Township. This development has 100 units consisting of 86 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom "independent living" apartments.
